My name is Shaun Smith, I have been working within the construction industry since I was 15 years old. I was taught by my father, who was himself a well established and respected builder in the local area. We worked on many projects together such as house building, local council work, commercial properties, ground works and refurbishments.
S K Smith Building Services has been established since 1985, based in Halesowen, providing local customers with high quality, reliable and friendly service.
All aspects of building work can be undertaken, however we specialise in domestic extensions
I pride myself on building quality extensions with no hassle or pressure on my customers. Once plans are handed to me my customers do not have to worry. I liaise with them on a regular basis, disscussing all aspects of the project. All my customers are now my friends and anyone of them would recommend me to you.
Although references can be provided on request, I would recommend that anyone interested in my services should arrange to come and see me on the job or speak to previous customers in person. I encourage customers to go and see examples of my work so dont hesitate to ask.
