My name is Shaun Smith, I have been working within the construction industry since I was 15 years old. I was taught by my father who was himself a well established and respected builder in the local area. We worked on many projects together such as ; house building, local council work including schools, commercial properties, ground works and refurbishments.
My attention turned to building extensions some years ago, I pride myself on building a quality extension with no hassle or pressure on my customers. Once the plans are handed to me my customers do not have to worry. I liaise with them on a regular basis discussing all aspects of the project. All my customers are now my friends and any one of them would recommend me to you.
Although references can be provided on request I would recommend that anyone interested in my services should arrange to come and see me on the job or speak to previous customers in person.
